''Rules & Regulations"

The following rules are to be acknowledged and respected by everyone who enters the twisted trails off road park!!!

By signing a release of liability or wavier, you understand and have agreed to all of these rules!!!

*** NO ALCOHOL *** (DESIGNATED AREA'S OLNY)

All Vehicles are subject to search.

1. Minimun 6ft (orange) whip Flags required to go beyond a certain point for all ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, motorcycles. Flag whips must be mounted on the front of cars, Jeeps, Trucks, buggies. If you have a silver lake flag you can use it. If you do not have a flag you will HAVE to park in the spectator parking lot! There will be flags for sale on site. $15.00 FLAGS ARE ALSO AVAILIABLE AT NORTHWEST 4X4 IN T.C. ($15.00) 

2. Helmets required at all times for all ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles and bike riders, anytime, anywhere, NO exceptions, NO WARNINGS!

3. NO RIDING DOUBLE on ATV's or motorcycles. The exception is those vehicles that are designed for 2 people such as "Side X Side" or "Utility Vehicles" and those ATVs that come from the manufacturer designed to carry 2 people.

4. There is a 5mph speed limit in the parking areas. Please keep speeds down to prevent accidents and to keep dust down.

5. Sorry - No rain checks or refunds for breakdowns!!!

6. Multi-day passes must be paid as you enter the park on the first day.

7. TRUCKS/JEEPS/BUGGIES (no roof you need roll bar) (factory jeep roll bar ok)  

15 MPH limit.

Seat Belts required! Roll bar protection for ALL occupants in vehicle NO back seat passengers allowed without above. Tree Straps required for the safety of the trees

Winch & Lockers required for some of the trails 

Anyone caught cutting down or removing trees will pay for the replacement of same size tree!

Min. 6ft(orange)whip flags required if you have a silver lake flag you can use it.

8. Watch for trucks, loaders, etc. The terrain is constantly changing. Check each hill!!! Pre-ride/drive all trails with caution for safety!

NO blind jumping!!

9. All trails are 2-way, multi use!

10. Please stay in the posted areas of the park.

Do not venture off posted property.

Do not be destructive.

* Please PICK UP ALL TRASH Anyone caught littering WILL be prosecuted!!

Do not leave oil or gas or any other hazardous material at the park (Federal code applies)

All trash will be put into cans provided or carry out what you carried in. (State Code)
